Here is a marmoleum job I did in Yarrow Point recently. This is marmoleum titanium 3369 in sheet goods. I put down new 5/8 inch ACX sanded plywood. Followed by Ardex Feather finish to skim coat my joints and screw hole. Then I templated the entire floor, cut out the marmoleum, glued and scribed in the marmoleum. Extra attention was making sure my marmoleum met flush with the new pre finished hardwood in the doorway transitions. I'm perfectly flush where the marmoleum meets the hardwood. Not low, not proud. Flush. This requires extra prep time by us to feather up the 5/8 inch plywood to meet up to the 3/4 inch hardwood. On average it takes us about three coats to build that difference in height up. I check this each time as we do this with a piece of the marmoleum until I have it right. That's the attention to detail you get from One Step Further Flooring.
